Role Overview
We are seeking a Female Bilingual Telecaller fluent in Arabic and English to join our team. The candidate will reach out to potential clients, promote Sautic’s services, and assist in generating leads for our IT solutions and software projects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients in both Arabic and English.
Explain Sautic’s services including AI, software, mobile apps, and IT solutions.
Maintain a client database and record interactions accurately.
Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the sales team.
Respond to client inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Qualifications
Female candidate with excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Confident, persuasive, and friendly personality.
Good interpersonal skills and client-handling ability.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
